Business class charters planned between Seattle and Anchorage
ANCHORAGE, AK - As airline fares increase and customer service is all but forgotten, a new company, XAIR, plans to introduce a level of service never before offered to air travelers between Seattle, Washington and Anchorage, Alaska.
XAIR intends to provide public charter flights between the two metropolitan areas with an aircraft configured entirely in business class. A simple fare structure will have no additional fees other than taxes and will include first class meal service and inflight video entertainment.
"There is a segment of the traveling public unhappy with the barrage of additional fees for services and amenities that used to be included in ticket prices," says company spokesman Johnie Martinez. "While what we propose will not be a low-cost offering, it will be all-inclusive, and there will be no unhappy surprises at check-in time. This is still in the formative process, but exceptional customer service and convenience are our core objectives. We'd really like everyone who has ever traveled between Alaska and Seattle to take the quick survey at our website, www.xairjet.com."
XAIR plans to target business clients that need to regularly fly between Seattle and Anchorage, as well as discriminating leisure travelers and the tourism industry.
